Thermic efefcts of food
« on: February 08, 2020, 04:22:18 pm »
Does anybody here pay atention to this? Some foods are very yin or yang, meaning very warming or cooling...

For example, consuming tropical(cooling) fruit in the winter/autumn can be very detrimental to the body.

Or, consuming warming foods in summer or tropical places can also destabilize the body.

Did Aajonus ever talk bout this?
Pumping out units, I mean kids, aka bringing innocent beings into this ‘heavenly’ dimension of misery, suffering, struggling, pain and DEATH, WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION/CONSENT, is NOT the solution/remedy/cure for your personal problems/issues such as: boredom, poverty, selfishness, loneliness, low IQ, **megalomania, shallowness, emptiness, vanity, hero complex syndrome, narcissism, virtue signalling syndrome. Please stop being a sadist, masochist and find a more useful/constructive hobby. 😉

Protein seems to be very warming for me. But I think a big aspect is also to get your energy requirements covered.
