Continue Dairy.
« on: September 26, 2022, 09:01:47 am »
I've been eating raw meat and egg yolks with pasteurized butter for a few days. Zero carb, high fat low(ish) protein. The local butchers do not supply fat trimmings, if butter is no good I'll have to eat tallow.

Health problems;

Mild obesity

Hey Fever

Eczema

Fatigue

Continuous phlegm.

Scrap zero carb, I need to sleep well.

I found a butcher that has suet.

Avocado, 1 cup of boiled frozen vegetables, raw ground beef with added suet and butter for lunch.

Next shop will be for thymus, liver, heart, beef, chicken, pork, suet and butter, a change from (over) eating one cut of meat every day for weeks. If I eat chicken for a few days of the week then that will be cheaper, so allows for some more costly cuts for a few other meals. Certainly eating less protein makes this project more affordable.

I think butter is ok. Going through coffee withdrawal so not sure if it is reducing my energy or not.
