Name some top ways to have a strong immune system

Off the top of my head, i have a few, but was wanting to get a god idea what with so many people falling sick this time of year and onwards.

I have...

1.Minimise sugar consuption
2.Minimise stress
3.Minimise pollutants
4.Plenty of rest/sleep
5.Plenty of sunlight
6.Plenty of water
7.Plenty of exercise
8.Plenty of healthy fats
9.Adequate protein

Anyone have any to add? or any to question there?

I don't know about others but when I stick to a raw diet I don't get sick. I often get sick the day after cheating on the diet.

Stick to raw paleo diet.
Stick to paleo lifestyle.

Raw paleo diet.

I used to get a really bad cold sore every two months. I've only had one in nearly three years after I went off
the rails on a ski trip a few years ago. I've had the flu once but I still surfed everyday except one, I could feel
I had it and I was tired, it just didn't hit me. I was under stress at the time.

I do feel the flu coming a few times a year but goes after 4 hours or so.

So avoid alcohol on RPD and stress.

I could feel
I had it and I was tired, it just didn't hit me.

This past week I felt something coming on, felt a little off. Then I went and ate some junk food and had a full on illness with weakness, diarrhea, etc, the very day after.

Fasting boosts your immune system, increases white blood cells. I'm not that interested in longer fasts, and people on here have been harmed by doing that.

However, if you have one meal a day or 2 meals with a big interval between food, this is what a lot of people are calling 'intermittent fasting'. Probably going for a couple of days without wouldn't hurt..?

-potentially fasting (definately felt this one once before!)

good stuff.

I dont mean to sound unappreciative but 'healthy paleo diet/lifestyle'? I know that!! I was curious as to thing people might be able to quantify like the above that you might not recognise!

Your not even trying!  :P

(I'm joking a little of course, i know the overall answer in simple :) )
