Are they any rawpaleo bodybuilders today ?

I wonder if a rawpaleo diet is appropriate to put on excessive muscles ?

It should be easier to eat tons of pastas than tons of raw fat!

It's appropriate to put on natural musculature, that can be very impressive
tons of pasta + steroids indeed make excessive muscles, but they look really disgusting

Yeah i'd agree with that, theres such a difference between the look of Mega BB's now than back in the 'old days'. I do recall reading an article about a relatively successful and known BB of the past (maybe last 10-20years) who was known for eating large ammounts of raw meat. I remember it vividly because of a story about him eating raw steak on a park bench in some brown paper, accidently ripping the steak from the paper hiding it, and apparently getting a very funny look from the women with the raw steak hanging from his mouth! :)

I'll try and find the article if I have time, it was quite cool.

I liked this quote by Randy Roach so much that I stuck it in a coaching book I edited:

It's interesting how much of Vince Geronda's views anticipated current Paleo-type trends:

Vince had his head screwed on correctly when it came to nutrition. His personality was a bit of a mouthful tho, supposedly. But just look at that image of him. He worked against his genetics and the symetri and harmony in his build is just awe insipiring. He ideas are only now comming in from the fringe.

As Arnold (governator) walked into vinces Gym he proudly and loudly proclaimed "I am arnold, title holder of this, the master of that". Vince looks up from behind his glasses and answer calmly; "oh yeah? you look like just another fat fuck to me". Supposedly meeting Vince made Arnold a better person, in his own words.
