Are frogs edible?

French are not the only frog-eaters on the planet!
In Asia, we also like them (Thailand, China, Cambodia).
As well as in Louisiana...

I've eaten wild raw frogs caught by my hunter.  Has no taste.  Totally bland.

I've had frog's legs and also found they tasted of nothing.

yes, it tastes nothing alone. All the taste is in the sauce. Same thing with snail.
