BOAR meat

Does anyone eat BOAR meat ?

is it a lot healthier than regular pork meat?

i eat wild boar meat once every couple weeks or so. i really like it. obviously, if it's a wild boar, it will be better meat than a farmed pig.

i ate a boar steak today....taste is disgusting, bitter. but its probably raised with trash on a farm....then put in vacuum pack and in the freezer for 2 years, since its winter...i never seen em raise boars in winter

If it is truly wild or at least free range... the flavor is far superior to regular pork. I have only tried it once and cooked, a few years ago -- but it was a real treat.

I've got 100% wild boar meat and its flavour is fantastic. Now I've got some fatty parts. :)
Do you blame vultures for the carcass they eat?
