I have looked all over the internet, but I can't find it anywhere. I am mainly interested in the vitamin A and D content, as well as the fat/protein/carb content. I have been eating about 4 ounces of it 5 days a week for about 3 months now, and I would like to know its vitamin content. I have been eating so much of it because I can get it very cheap, like $9 US a pound. It's fresh, not frozen.
