Welcome Kieba! I hope that's not going to be your only post. Nice vid. I think if you lost the cap it would be even better. You're lucky to have such a good neighbor.

Of course? I don't eat any and I'm doing great! LOL   Does that surprise you? I used to say the same sorts of things...like: "Just about everyone agrees that fruits and vegetables are good for you." I don't say that stuff anymore. My experience and Lex Rooker's example helped me to start questioning that assumption. Do you have any raw carnivorous clients?

I see you like South African music. I think the South Africans are the best vocalists in the world.
