I've always wanted to feed my cats a raw meat diet. I was wondering what'd be the best meats for them. I understand that they need taurine in their diet, much like we need vitamin C, so fish are out, except for a possible treat.

Google raw cat. There are forums where they go on and on and on about what to feed their cats.
Frozen mice are available at your local pet food store, including pinkies (baby mice).

There's taurine in all muscle meat, but most concentrated in heart.
Changing them from commercial fodder to raw requires that you be smarter and more determined and patient than a cat.
