Storage
« on: February 17, 2010, 02:29:28 am »
So i've been storing my grass fed meat in the fridge with no lid, as I recently read a post that you want a lot of oxygen in your meat.  I've also been leaving my meat out to get room temperature before I eat it. I haven't been eating raw for very long so yesterday I ate mostly the previously mentioned meat and some cooked food in the morning. Today when I woke up, I felt strangely nauseas and congested. My stool also had what looked like mold. Is this a detox or am I not supposed to be leaving my meat open to the air? Any hope would be gladly appreciated, I don't want to poison myself or anything.

You're perfectly fine leaving it uncovered like you have been.
I'm not sure what the issue with the stool is.

You really shouldn't mix raw and cooked food together. At least only after becoming fully healed.
