Well is this for like people who are already weak like an elderly person whos been on a sad diet their whole life? Is it dangerous for me? Im switchting to raw paleo soon should i be concerned?

  No. Some older people who've been on SAD diets for over 7 decades might be advised to start slowly, with a partially-raw diet at first, but otherwise there shouldn't be a problem.
