Just thinking about it, a heart is just a really large muscle. Does it contain nutrients other muscles meats dont?

I'm of the mindset that like supports like, i.e. eating heart will bring in nutrients most optimum to repairing & maintaining one's heart. For this reason I try to get a varied selection of organ meat in my diet. :)

Heart contains more taurine than any other muscle.
Taurine works with magnesium and potassium to assure a steady heartbeat.
