Aging linked to telomere shortening

I just read this article from Mercola and it seems they found yet one more reason why people age:

What's interesting about this is the following:

"Interestingly, one of the most potent dietary strategies to increase your glutathione levels is whey protein.

Other food sources include animal foods and eggs." => we're on the good track

I would like to see those studies about glutathione though.

I wonder if thats true about whey or if its just more marketing.

The only way to tell is if someone measures their telomere length before and after a whey trial. Anyone willing to do that?
