Your thoughts and resources to cure enlarged prostate?
This is not for me but for those men I care for who are older than me.
I'm venturing into helping them and I thought the first people I should ask were you guys.
The target audience are regular SAD eaters.

Need your experience, hearsay, thoughts, herbs, nutritionals, exercises, massage, etc.  Open season.

It's all about what he's willing to do.

Obviously raw paleo. Then some colonic cleanse fasting, liver cleanses. Then let him regain weight after the fasting and then do a whole month of very low calories and only as much water as he needs. And in that month he'd eat small amounts of fat, small amounts of flesh and a decent amount of fruits and vegetables.

Thats what I'd do if it was my problem.

I hear tomatoes are good for this.

There are some Chinese herbs that are helpful for this too, ask me and I'll look them up, or you can Google them too.

    Blend or chew the tomatoes well.

    Also for healing the prostate I think raw grassfed animal milk helps over time.

Ok, I'm asking about the Chinese herbs.  Please provide info.  I don't know where to look right now.

Those are the herbs in his prostate herb healing formula. 

That guy is a friend of mine who damaged his prostate from taking the wrong supplements, strength-building supplements or something.  He has been trying different methods for healing his prostate for at least 10 years or so.

I have also read that mango seed tea is very good for the prostate.

Im not sure if they have them in the Philippines but pomegranates are also suppose to be good for the prostate and they are tasty to.
