Hei guise :3
« on: March 18, 2010, 03:14:06 am »
I came across this message board while just doing a little research.  My interest began after watching a response documentary to Super Size Me called Fathead.  It soon lead to further study and since I have changed my diet slightly (I'm already pretty old fashion).  I immediately stopped my intake of starchy tubers and grains and noticed a slight decrease in depression and increase in energy.. Go figure. :)

Thankfully I live on a small island, fishing being one our provinces big incomes. I LOVE seafood! :D

Canada, PE O0 Well, I think tourism pulls in more dimes then fishing. anyway.. whats all this talk of consuming raw meat? :P yes cooking is recent, but was it a poor idea on our part? To eat raw flesh I would assume the animal would need to have been wild and healthy, no?

Yes, to be healthy, you must eat healthy animals.
Raw meat is the original idea.
And the simple original idea of eating raw meat and raw fat cures people from diseases.
Because humans were meant to be healthy, we are self healing, given the original fuel.

I would like to think that before cooking, those people were not superhuman, but definitely did not suffer from the things we do today.

I've only ever eaten seafood in a raw state..  Again have only been studying this recently (the paleo diet) and only cut dairy, grains, legumes, and a lot of fruit from my diet.  Kinda didn't care about grains because I suck at making bannock..  baking in general :P
