Does frozen meat contains just as much omega-3 as fresh meat ?

Does it make a difference in omega-3 when its frozen 1 or 2 months ago ?

I've heard a claim from a long-term RVAFer that enzymes get completely destroyed after 10 weeks of freezing. The big problem re freezing is that the ice-crystals which form after freezing break the cell-walls thus releasing nutrients. At the very least, make sure to eat any prefrozen meat very quickly once it's thawed. I have also heard of a claim that raw animal fats are less affected by freezing than raw proteins.
