How much % of your animal food is fat

Excluding any plant-based foods you may eat, how much of your RAF intake is fat?

At the moment I would say it's about 15-20% for me.

By calories, volume, or weight?
I've upped my fat in the last month of or so and found it helps me a lot more. By volume my meals are 1/3-1/2 fat (mostly suet) but usually closer to 1/3. I have no idea on the weight or calorie percentage.
