Read the review by Frank Ferendo on Amazon.He's a raw-food guy that I've seen on Youtube.He lays it out straight-up as it can be.

Basically(from I can tell from the reviews)the evidence the author puts forth is more "anectodal" rather than "scientific" or having a lot to back up what he says.Also,this seems to be more of a "hypothesis" than a hard core counter argument against raw-foods.

One thing I can say is that even if cooking makes foods softer or whatever...it still doesn't validate why we should spend endless time & energy on farming&processing&cooking grains.Whew, what a time waster that is! 8)
