Chicken hearts all the way!

Wow,I just downed about a dozen chicken hearts! Good stuff! :D This is what I need.Soft,easy to chew and taste good.
I tried duck gizzard.Couldn't bite through it.Can anyone recommend some other land animal foods similar in texture? Is pork heart also soft(I have a pork leg,but haven't tried it yet)?Thanks in advance.

Rabbit heart is good, about the same size as chicken heart though. I like beef heart, had some today. Heart is tender and delicious.

    Hmm :P chicken hearts, I will eat some of them for midnight snack tonight.  

    I bet my hamsters will like to eat chicken hearts too.  They will be awake tonight.  I will share.  They ate most of a perfect chicken foot the other night.

i love to eat hearts from any animals . unfortunately, chicken is not my favorite.

Raw all the way! When I lived in China for a while,there were BBQ street vendors with meats of all sorts.My favorite was chicken hearts....of course at that time it was cooked: over a grill with seasonings.

There's no reason why you couldn't add some sort of seasoning on raw though.Like parsley or something.A lot of people add sea salt or celtic salt for example.

Haven't tried marrow yet.
