Something has changed in me.
I just noticed in the past week, my usual need / appetite for a lot of raw fat as a portion of my beef has diminished, reduced to 1/2 to 1/4 the usual fat.
I am wondering if my body has finished healing or detoxing a stage where I don't need to eat so much raw fat.
Maybe the instinctos know something about this.
Sure, such changes are commonplace. When we shift from cooked food to raw food, our body has very often a large need for some natural nutrients it had been deprived before. So, we may eagerly eat with delight almost incredible amounts of a particular stuff during weeks, months (or even years), and when our needs are fulfilled we are surprised that the same foodstuff becomes less attracting and becomes unpleasant after a much lesser amount eaten.
For example, the first time I ate suitable raw eggs, I ingested 16 in a single meal, whites and yolks. Such good eggs were scarcely available where I lived before, but anyway I could never eat so many again (except once when I set up a boat expedition to an islet in the Pacific Ocean where seabirds were nesting: I ate more than 30 of their eggs during the afternoon as my only food for the day – I had been surviving mainly on fish, coconut, fruits and without eggs for several months!). Ever since one and half year I can get hen’s eggs in unlimited amount and also some ducks eggs and goose eggs, so that I’ve been able to fulfill my needs. In the beginning I ate up to 12 hen’s eggs per day, and then it gradually went down. Tonight I just had 3 of them only and I felt it was enough.
The same phenomenon happened to me with dates (it’s easy to know the number eaten by counting the seeds afterwards). The first days that I was supplied with good, organic unheated, unfrozen and perfectly natural dates, I ate 80 in a single meal. This number also gradually came down and stabilized at 30, plus or minus 2 ! It’s strikingly stable: they become too sweet and burning in the mouth if I try to eat more than that, while at the beginning they remained delicious up to 80.
Diogene reported that he recovered from 32 or 34 kg
to 54 kg by letting his instinct lead him to eat exclusively meat during 2 months. Since he had been raw vegan for the preceding 10 years, he certainly had an appalling need to fulfill!
hi , i was raw vegan for around ten years with lot of fruits and so on and my weight was going down and down through the year , I use to weight 40 kg for 1m75.....
full of energy that's true but no power at all
and then i discover what they called "living food" with tons of juices , quite no fruit , only greens and...everything went wrong ; losse 8 more kg , become like a zombie and inable to change tjhe direction , sent to hospital with tuberculosis , hepatics , non working immune system (very classical!!)*
and then a friend of mine that has lived with instincto pionnier for a long time and practice for 20 years instincto nutrition push me to make the experiment...just to smell without first idea of what thinks are...
and of course i choose....raw greasy wild porc!!
takes me some days to accept the idea of eating flesh , but really my body take the control on my mind and feels it was necessary
during two month i eat a mono diet of meat and in one year and a half gained 20 kg up to 54 kg
actually my weight gain stops and i'm asking myself a lot of questions , keep searching , but anyway with more than 50 kg i'm totally different even if i don't reach my full power , i don"'t have car , use only bicycle , run , climb a lot and full of pleasure!
and since then , every time i put meat in my mouth (mostly wild from the area , not purchased through industrial awful production) i feel so much energy and peace
that's why i say meat save my life and i'm so gratefull to animals
in fact i think i'm far more gratefull to them than when i was vegan......
