I was wondering if anyone had any information regarding eating aged raw eggs. I have some that have been sitting out for about 4 months. The temperature has ranged from 70 to 90 degrees F. I have been eating one at a time roughly once a week. There is a strong smokiness to the flavor, and it definitely makes my intestines grumble. I am sure there is a large bacterial count causing some cleansing of the intestinal tract.
I really would just love to hear some of your experiences about eating eggs in this way, benefits etc.
