Gelatin?
« on: August 10, 2010, 01:00:49 pm »
I hear gelatin is good for the intestines. What's the best way to include it in meals?I know how to make beef/chicken broth which brings out the gelatin, but that involves cooking.Any suggestions?

Gelatin requires cooking so is a waste of time. It's not necessary for real health, anyway. Besides, I think I read somewhere that gelatin capsules make supplements less absorbable by the human gut.
