Ground grass-fed goat. It's got a stronger flavor and such a fantastic mouth feel. It's glorious.

Edit: Interestingly our turtle sniffed the bit of chop meat I gave him and walked away as if it's not food. I gave him some beef just now and he wolfed it down so it's not because he isn't hungry. Isn't it odd the food preferences between species?

brisket
beef pancreas
beef suet
beef marrow
beef kidney

i don't know how i feel about pancreas yet. i've had it once before and didn't like it much. this one tastes better, but still not my favorite. it's kinda sweet i guess which is nice

I was eating some smelt fish just now and saw a live worm in it. A bit surprised at first but decided to eat the worm. Anyone come across this? Eating some type of animal food and seeing sort of parasite in it?

Hahah, that's crazy.

I wouldn't have eaten it although I'm curious whether these things might be beneficial. I still don't think it is, but will be glad to be made wrong

I did eat raw smelt fish 3 days ago...don't know if it had worms but I felt really sick for the all day after eating it.

Not parasite, but in the summer I regularly eat some meats with maggots. Without any problems.

I did the first time I ate raw smelt. I didn't eat the worm though. After doing further reading on the worms I found they were harmless to humans but I can't find the source at the moment.

my toddler moonzier gets a very special lunch today. it's all raw veal (contains marrow bones, testicles, thyroid gland one tea spoon, adrenal gland one tea spoon, heart and little bit o tounge with raw butter ). for the diner he'll have brain with grounded veal and eye balls. bon appe`tite...

Oysters are safe to eat anytime but Winter is a better time to eat. Keep this mind don’t eat an oyster that isn't icy cold.

Today I will be eating grassfed lamb(2 large pieces, not the bones, of course). I will also be eating some bananas. Tomorrow, perhaps 10 raw oysters(all huge double-oysters) plus some raw lamb. Yesterday, I had some excellent (30) raw scallops(one of the tastiest raw animal foods I've ever encountered) plus some raw lamb.

Sea food is generally tastier than any other food.

I just ate a fresh apricot and its kernel and some moldy raw grass-fed cheese. I have a little bison for later, a couple of scallops, lots of high meats of various kinds, raw jersey grass-fed yogurt, tomatoes galore. I'm not sure what I'll eat later yet. Probably a couple of high-meats and a bunch of tomatoes.

A tasty pile of deer meat (flank maybe?) and some beef suet which sat out in the glove box of my car all day while I was at meetings for work. The deer meat is much tastier this way than beef is IMO.

At lunch I had never-frozen brisket, liver, and heart from Northstar Bison, plus some avocadoes.

I just finished eating 3 cherimoya, a mango, some really good Thai bananas, and a little raw goat milk kefir.

I'm going on an IF routine plus some whole-day fasting for some weeks.
