Salmon Roe or caviar?
« on: September 12, 2010, 02:30:19 am »
Does anyone include this in their diet? They're pretty pricey by me ($7 for 2oz jar). I don't think they're raw. All I know is that they are salted in order to preserve the texture.

Avoid them, IMO.
