While I lived in Australia I read this article but then forgot about it till recently, pretty cool and I wonder is he on the forum?

He is. The group he's part of in NYC had a meet-up listed here on the site last fall and he was posting then.

i just get to watch the 1st video, where the guy talks about the paleolithic exercises, but the second part which is all about the paleo diet is hard to see. can you send me the entire video, please?

obviously, some people will make tons of money to make people to do this paleolithic exercise inside the gym. our idea is to get a big piece of land and to set up complete paleolithic lifestyle. ;)

verbukh reckons on a winter food budget of about $US70 ($80.50) a day.

What could he possible eat that cost him $80 a day???

Did anyone read the comments ? Nobody even gives a second thought on eating meat raw. Looks like everyone has something to say against raw meat.

Well, my own article had some quite positive comments made after it, about how the Eskimoes ate raw meats without issues and so on.
