Nowadays I am not that afraid of raw meat.
The only meat I can get is grainfed not because of financial problems but because I changed country and where I live now grassfed is not exist.

I eat raw meat once a week raw eggs everyday juicing veggies .
Maybe soon I will start eating raw meat 2 days a week !!

Since the fatty acid content is all wrong, do you supplement omega 3s or eat fish?

I don't eat alot of animal fat the main source of my fat intake as sad as it sounds are eggs.
I eat 3 raw steaks usually or tenderloin with some egg yolk and im ok

I might consider taking fish oil or something but I want to change country in next few years for sure...

In nature animals always move when their enviorment is not supplying them with good food they change place always going to the best place because they know food is their life and its not something to play with. Im in the same situation right now!

Im in israel the "Holy Land" where grass exists only 2 month in a year because of rain problem etc etc

I'm sorry to hear that you cannot find grass fed meat!  Your situation just shows that even though it may be difficult to find grass fed meat here in the U.S., at least it is a viable option.  I talk to other health-minded people here who don't even appreciate the availability of grass fed meat.  Instead they complain about how expensive it is and say they would eat it if it weren't so expensive. 

Of course, I understand that everyone has to make difficult choices regarding how they spend their limited funds.  But eating factory farmed and grain-fed meat for your entire life has real money consequences.  I think that paying double or triple the price for my meat will pay off in health benefits.  One has to consider all of the costs of food choices in order to make the best decision.

I hope you are able to find a decent source of meat, whether you emigrate or not.  Have you looked into wild fish?  That might be an option.

Well what animals live out there? No need for beef as long as the animals your eating are eating the diet they were designed to eat.
