Can you make high meat from frozen meat, or is this not ideal?

I think the general idea is the fact that all the bacteria on the meat dies when freezing, thus it creates some botulism effect using frozen meat.

Not quite sure though.
Take everyones advice with a grain of salt. Try things out for your self and then make up your mind.

Not quite sure though.
No, bacteria don't get killed by freezing, they go dormant. In my own case, the freezing somehow dried out the high-meat and that alwats fouls up the process. Freezing ruptures the cell-membranes which might explain why it is less effective.

I suppose it is dependent on temperature. I suspect 99 percent of bacteria survive fridge temperatures but more would die below -20 Centigrade or lower.
