I'm helping my friend recover from his retinal detachment surgery which was not healing.

I suggested raw paleo diet and basic detoxes (colon, kidney cleansing with avocado leaves tea, egg yolk liver flushes)

gave him:

- coconuts
- sweet potato leaves for raw juice
- raw duck eggs
- raw calamansi
- virgin coconut oil
- raw fatty beef sirloin
- raw beef liver

he gets tuna sashimi from a restaurant nearby.

Good, I will put a link to the blog in the blog thread. I note however that he says he thinks that raw meat is fine as long as it is organic. I trust you will make clear that 100 percent grassfed or at least mostly grassfed is also a good idea.

Yes, when I said organic beef I meant free range grassfed beef ;-)
