Ear Ringing.... Tips please?

i am RZC and my right ear is damaged or something, as when it is very quite i can always hear a ringing in it. I do know i have ear wax build up, and they would clog often even with Raw paleo ominivore, but has gone away a bit w RZC. Any Tips/suggestions?
i do not have a cell phone or ipod btw

You could have a simple ear infection, sometimes the wax can cause it too.
I would go to someone with experience in ear cleaning so they can check your ear for infection and remove all the wax (they have good tools for that), maybe that may stop the ringing.
If not there are a ton of other causes though.

A year or so ago I had problems with too much dry wax...I treated it myself by pouring little bits of warm olive oil into my ear canals, that would make the wax very easy to come out and clean out. After that the problem has not really returned. But I am not advocating my method as I don't want to be responsible
