How to Use Papaya Seeds for Deworming

Sifu Jem Sam gave me a tip how to get rid of parasites in the gut. His experience with with simple papaya seeds. Eat papaya seeds and it will get rid of the worms. Here is how it is done:

    * Open your fresh, non-GMO papaya and do not throw away the seeds.
    * Eat up to 2 tablespoons of the papaya seeds with the papaya meat.
    * Do not chew on the papaya seeds.
    * Let your stomach acids burst open the papaya seeds.
    * The acid in the papaya seeds is deadly or will drive away the parasites.

I have not tried this, but it is so simple, I will try it anyway as soon as possible.  How many times to do this?  I don’t know either.  Maybe it depends on the symptoms you feel.

Why can't you chew the seeds? I am aware that eating whole seeds can cause diverticulitis (where seeds can get stuck in pockets of the intestines, causing inflammation).


Have you heard about large doses of papaya seeds causing infertility in male monkeys?

Yeah, that's nice 'n' easy. When I lived in Switzerland, I had a whole year round supply of plenty of good papayas from a friend importing it from Cameroon. I used to eat a few seeds along with the flesh (just like an animal would probably do) sometimes chewing it and sometimes not. I liked it, it gives a stronger taste to the papaya. Perhaps that's why I've never had any symptom from a parasite? I don't know.

Papaya for breakfast.
I tried swallowing the 2 tablespoons worth of seeds.
Without water.  But with the papaya meat.
Man, it's hard to swallow 2 tablespoons worth of seeds trying not to burst them at the same time with no water.

Yes Papaya seeds help with parasites and eczema i've heard if ground and rubbed on skin as a remedy?

the website is not very informative on this topic, but at least gives some extra infos: it says eating papaya seeds is a widespread traditional remedy for parasites in Brazil, that is often used by healers & herbalists.
And since some of you asked about it: That girl one the website says this remedy is used by swallowing the whole seeds, not grinding / chewing them. Even though I sometimes read to use them grinded.
