I get sad to see old people and they are so unhappy, grumpy and depressed all the time.
They are going to die and they aren't even trying to enjoy life, but they blame everything wrong on the people around them, and forget to evaluate their own selves.
For great health good diet is important, but for true happiness its much more then that, learn to enjoy the simple things in life, and stop over-worrying, even some doing a healthy diet over-worry and that defeats the purpose of their diet if their brain is all fucked up anyway
Learning to enjoy life is extremely important!
I speak these words from my observations of some older folks
