What kind of dental hygiene techniques do you use?  Do you use toothpaste?  If so, what are the ingredients?

I don't use toothpaste.  I brush with an electric toothbrush once a day.  Have stopped going to dentists, for better or worse.

Why don't you try making aajonus' toothpaste formula?  The one from the book.

Always seemed a paradox to me that AV said large amounts of fruit was damaging to his teeth but that large amounts of unheated honey wasn't(which I implied by his recommendation of it).

When I eat unheated honey I try to make the effort to brush my teeth immediately afterwards. This deters me from eating honey altogether because brushing my teeth takes me 5 minutes or so, which can sometimes not be worth eating the honey in the first place.

His toothpaste may remove the metal from an electric toothbrush head.  If you use it, it could be a good idea to switch to a manual one.

Too often we get caught up trying to get to the end. What is most important however is to discover the beginning. We don’t solve problems or start to heal unless we can be willing, be kind, laugh a little and commit to seeking until we find. If we can, we’ll get started. I’ll meet you at the beginning!
