Great video by a former raw vegan who's gone raw paleo.

I believe this was one of the few videos that really got me into the interest of raw meat and eventually raw paleo and all of Daniel's other teachings. My health really took a turn here!

Yeah. Daniel Vitalis is a very cool guy. I'm very much onboard with everything he says.
Take everyones advice with a grain of salt. Try things out for your self and then make up your mind.

He has started eating grains like zizania and eats butter so I would not call it paleo.
Brews mead also and has talked about steaming vegetables.
Daniel is definitely not like the rest of the health authorities, but I think he is much healthier than most.

he does a little dairy

he is not dogmatic though

he has also spoken about the mentality of raw vegans, not just the food aspect of it.

he used to be vegan and suffered bad health.
he does not believe in eating raw vegetables, but steaming them, like broccoli etc.
does lots of boiled herb teas too.

he is not attached to any diet or identity, but believes in growing your own food, raw meats and dairy from wild and correct breeds of animals, wild herb hunting, and not letting diet get in the way of your life.
