When you go to sleep and when you wake up?

I want to teach myself go to sleep at 22:00 and wake up at 6:00.

But I always fail to wake up early, so I stay awake late night and watch tv. and next morning I fail again  :'(

how about you ?

you set your alarm for 6am and get up when your alarm goes off for a week or two.. The more obnoxious your alarm sound the better this will work.
Eventually you will just start to wake up before the alarm goes off because you hate the sound of it so much.
That's not paleo.

i go to sleep at 2200 and wake at 0530. it's not obnoxious, but i still hate waking to the alarm, so i try to wake before it goes off. it's easy to get into this routine when i'm on work schedule, and easier to fall out when i'm on vacation/social schedule.
