Just watched episode 3. This is among the best nature series I have ever seen.

A lot of hunting - and a lot of raw meat eating :)

Being that fresh it might be a lot tastier and easier to eat in quantity.

They also eat the comb, once a friend of mine invited me to a party and we ate honeycomb covered in cacao and raspberry.

All 4 episodes are on Torrent sites. I watched the 1st one and it was awesome, you can see a tribe from Indonesia drying whale meat, one whale feeds a tribe of 30 people for 2 months. Dried meat must have been a big part of paleo men's diet.

During winter season they could just have frozen the meat, probably would have been easier.

In the first one the whale harpooning and the guy collecting the rock clingers sans rope were my favourite. When they jump off the boat with the harpoon looks epic.

OH SWEET AWESOME!!!

On the Arctic episode it says that the law in a particular region was that hunters could only use traditional methods FUCKING SWEET! They should have that in more places ftw! So you're only allowed to hunt with stuff you make yourself completely from scratch that would rock.

I'd rather eat dried meat then frozen meat.

All gun wielding hunters get a spear in the chest!
but seriously, That is a law I would support.

Well, Dr Mercola may "only" be 85 percent raw, but he does come across as way more credible to the public than Aajonus. Perhaps he should write a RVAF diet book or something.

I have heard some interviews with Aajonus recently. First, I have to say that I really respect him. He had a great influence on me. And many things he claims are true as I found out years after reading his books. For example the different effects of red and white meat.

BUT I have the feeling that he is paranoid today. He is constantly talking about battles against some enemies and threats everywhere etc. It must be the MILK, IMO. Or grain-fed meat...

Paranoid? I'd rather call it being vary and vigilant.

He is very vigilant against any laws that may tread on his cause. As well as there were people in his organization that were being dishonest about the produce they were selling.

Even if he were paranoid, blaming it on grain fed meat and milk just shows a lack of fundamental knowledge on how the human body works.

Grain fed meat makes me paranoid. ;-)

But I understand, how can you know how MY body works?

Your paranoia makes you think that grainfed meat makes you paranoid.

Paranoia is a thought process and a state of mind, it's all in your head. It's not caused by any food.

Your brain is ALWAYS strongly affected by all kinds of food you eat...

Drink a six-pack of beer. Does it change your state of mind?
