No worries mate, I run a pastured farm with the most amazing eggs you've ever seen, strictly organic, soy, antibiotic and hormone free. It's not terribly uncommon to see eggs with 2 or 3 yolks in them. I'm not sure what causes this but if it happens here on our completely natural truly free range farm then it's probably not cause for concern, on the contrary, a couple extra yolks is a good thing!
