I heard that since a raw paleo diet is mainly saturated fatty acid, which is not bad, that means less vitamin e intake is necessary because we consume less unsaturated fatty acids. Is this because these unsaturated fatty acids are prone to oxidation? Or is there another reason? Is what I heard true? Can someone pull up some facts/articles/documents on this im concerned.

Oxidation is only a problem on cooked diets as cooking causes oxidisation of fats.

I've heard some people say that you want about 1mg vit E per gram of PUFA.  If you eat pastured animal products you should get more then enough vit E.
