Well, cavemanforum is larger in membership with a higher number of members joining the forum each day. But, yes, our stats are pretty impressive for a raw-meat-diet forum.

I really need to get onto doing those essays for rawpaleodiet.com. At the moment, it's not good enough re attracting new members. I would prefer it if people read on rawpaleodiet.com large amounts of data on the benefits of bacteria/harm of heat-created toxins etc., so that they don't come up with those questions time and again when then enrolling here on this forum.

But cooking food is such a large aspect of cultural I think it would do little to reduce the number of such questions.  Still, more concise data on the benefits of raw and dangers of cooked would be useful to send as links to others I come across who are interested in raw paleo eating, so I am all for it.

I seriously consider going the durianrider route to promote our way of eating.

I think no one out there should be deprived of what truly creates health.

I am boiling on the inside. Just wait till I unleash my power onto the masses.

We'll have millions eating raw animal foods, mark my words.

Please don't forget explicit warnings against all meat from any grain fed animal in your papers!

It's the most crucial point, IMO.

What's the latest on that.? I remember a big thread on how a large essay/book was to be cobbled together by a group of people to give the outline on a Raw diet.
Cheers

As I had predicted, the book never got off the ground.

I've already committed to putting forward a long essay on the harm done by cooking re heat-created toxins etc. by the end of April. After that, I'm not quite sure. I've already recently uploaded the Splendid Specimens article to rawpaleodiet.com.
