To that list, I'd add the deadlift (like some other people already did) and I'd change the exercises after every few weeks. For example, I'd do pull ups for one month and then do bent over rows for another. Focus hard on a few compound exercises at a time and then vary things a bit and change the exercises a little.

Also, do some sports/activities that require more complex movement like martial arts, parkour, climbing, football etc. You could also try to lift heavy, awkward objects, like sandbags, logs or rocks.

Awesome workout , sounds great.
dips, knee and leg raises in my opinion are best workout .
It is really great for ribs and stomach.

Exercise is really most important for all and they really increase more energy in your body so i have doing regular exercise like Yoga. Yoga is really best exercise to increase more flexibility and increase more strength and they good to reducing more weight very well.

Hey henrywronger what's your diet like?
