Fat and Protein
« on: September 11, 2008, 12:14:28 am »
I pretty active practicing martial arts, lifting weights etc. Ho much fat and protein should I be getting? If I eat one meal a day, and my 100% pasture raised ground bison and beef is 95% lean. Should I eat a pound a day, half a pound? any suggestions? How much fat should I have in comparison to it?

Study what Charles and others have to say; you can learn a lot on "meat & fat":

(if you don't have all the time to read from page 1 go to the "last" and work your way threw to answer of interest).
