I love Dr. Ron..his book "Native Nutrition" now called "Traditonal Foods are your best medicine" is an all time favortite of mine..

but his stuff is ridiculously overpriced..its a little criminal IMO lol.

I like the convenience of a powder and the recommended 1 heaping tbsl a day is better than swallowing 15 1 gram tabs a day.

Arnold and Franco used to swallow over a hundred liver tabs a day!

YES! hes going to be 94 years old in 2 weeks. still in amazing shape!

he always recommended raw foods and the importance of eating under cooked foods; he also is a huge fan of supplements, he takes about 40-50 a day; although he says the only meat he'll eat is fish.

3 tbs eh? Seems like alot.but I would give it a go and if you do ok with it, the go for it.

I think you should  take at least 3 tsps a day of CLO a day..especially if you are not in the sun that often and during winter months.

Leandro Barbosa..the "Brazillian Blur" of my Phoenix Suns, eats raw liver everyday and has for years..He says he feels weak and has no energy without it.

Wish that liver would help improve his past 2 playoff performances ???
