If you are in need of expressing yourself with such prolific postings of melancholy please consider keeping them in your own journal so that ALL threads, let alone one titled "Give Us A Laugh" is not influenced by such. Furthermore, I am uncomfortable with anyone posting of criminal intentions, however benign the intention.

Surely nutrition is a component, and if you choose to use a raw paleo diet plan to improve your emotional and/or physical health, please ask questions as you try different approaches. Everyone here is happy to help and learn from your experience. Otherwise, please remember we have hundreds of members and guests who view this forum to learn about a raw paleo diet!. In support of EVERYONE ELSE, I am asking you to please refrain from adding nonconstructive whims of gloom to each topic.
