Hello Nicolas,

I too read much of the forum before becoming a member and going raw.  Are you currently raw or in a transition stage?

One thing I found helpful when switching to raw was starting a journal on the forum.  It helps keep me accountable.

Good Luck!

There is also our french sister site "paleocru" to consider.

Hello,
Thanks for welcoming me.

Gs sorry sorry to answer you so late
Here it is  website   about my island:

http://www.reunionisland.net/

By the way I am a fan of your blogs and I also have a lot of questions to ask you.

For max , I’m still following a very bad diet. Where I live I have a lot of problems to get  organic raw foods.

My dream is to live in the mountains of my island and sustain my self from nature but all my relative say that I’m dreaming. Time will tell and I hope  that me dream can come true with some of your advise.

See you

I would think that you could at least get fresh raw seafood and tropical fruit.  Is that not correct?

Hello
Yes I could find  wild seafood easily but they taste awful to me. It’s not a joke.

For the tropical fruits most of them are not organic. If I want to get wild organic fruits I have to gather them in the forest and it’s a full time job.

Do you think that I could live off wild edible roots and vegetables + some fruits and eggs?
