Favorite ways to eat chicken liver

Anyone out there enjoy chicken liver as much as me?

Anyone with creative ways to prepare this delicacy? I just got a new source of free range chicken livers and they are delicious. One thing about these that would appeal to newbs is that they are livers and so contain all those wonderful nutrients but the flavor is mild like uni! These particular ones are so delicate and mild that I think anyone that could get past the gross out factor of learned behaviour would would fall in love with them.

Anyway, interested in recipes to compliment the delicate flavor and textures, so do share!

plain seems boring?

Certainly not boring, but I find no reason not to play with them and add complimentary flavors!

After the last post I dowsed them in coarsely cracked pepper and lots of lime and a dash of sea salt, then seared them for a few seconds in the frying pan, they are heavenly! I got the idea kind of from a blog about filipino street food, Chicken liver BBQ kebabs, yummmers!

    Stick them in a cuisinart with chopmeat and seasoning for a pate. 

    I like them in smoothies with just cream.

    They taste good with lemon and honey too.
