Fruit Salad
« on: August 12, 2011, 08:09:24 pm »

I can't help that I love fruit.  It is too delicious for me to force myself not to eat it..

This plate is full of organic fruits.  There is watermelon, mango, papaya, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, and cherries.. even if you can't see the mango or papaya much.  The papaya is the only thing that might not be organic, I forget if it is organic or not.. I think it isn't, but it is Caribbean Red Papaya that I found in trader joe's, very sweet and delicious, a better flavour I think than the orange papaya.

Hi, I'm 32, around 5'4" and ~124lb, no real significant health problems other than hyperventilating when running/exercising (that my doc said was because of the smog/asthma), fatigue, and really bad acne.
I'd preferably be a carnivore/very low carb, but I have had a very hard time finding grass-fed or even organic fats, organs, and marrow. I consume raw dairy, but I do not eat much vegetables.. however, I do love fruit.
I live with my dad, so I also have to sneak any raw meat eating.

On occasions. Especially in summer, as I find that I heat up too much with raw animal foods, and especially with cooked animal foods.

Lol, I ate it all myself.  That's a regular paper plate size though, and I can't always eat all of that at once, all the fiber will start to make me feel bloated.. I'll eat some, wait a while, then eat the rest.

I live in southern California where it's always hot, and I work at domino's delivering pizza in that heat all day in a car with no a/c, so I can get pretty dehydrated sometimes.  I crave juicy watery fruit a lot, especially the watermelon.. and especially during ramadan now, since I can't drink any water from dawn til dusk.. I usually break my fast with water and fruit.  I just bought some dates the other day though, so now I eat those first, too, with water.. I also have organic fiji apples, and a bunch of different raw honeys, including raw killer bee honey!
