If the fruits you eat have been treated with so much artificial fertilizers...yes, it may cause cancer. Be careful with the bananas and mangoes that look too good.

Raw, unrefined/unprocessed fruits are fine, it's only refined fructose which is a problem.

I'd say Tyler is right, but I'd also say that the Brix/nutrient levels of a fruit make a big difference as well.

I was actually just wondering about this!!  I was thinking--a lot of the studies that show how bad fructose is were probably done using refined fructose or HFCS or something, right?  So they wouldn't exactly be 100% applicable to raw, fresh fruit that has fructose in it.  Just like studies done using grain-fed, cooked, factory farm beef aren't applicable to raw, grass-fed beef.
ARE there any studies showing that fructose from fresh raw fruit is harmful?
