So to those of you who are eating carbs: are there some good sources of raw paleo carbohydrates other than fruit? What are your main sources of carbs?

A few, occasional raw vegetables such as radishes, lettuce, seaweed, garlic, onions, sauerkraut and carrots. That's all, really, other than raw fruit.

very carb rich?? I would say somewhat carb rich at best. 4gr/100gr isn't that much.

For me carb sources are milk, honey, fruits, liver, vegetable juices. And rarely some nuts.

Raw honey is very good.

Make sure you get local raw honey. This helps your immune system and allergy tolerance since the honey is made from pollen in your area.

Kind of like a vaccine.
