I never experienced any of that...
Genrally mie diet is fat heavy with very little carbs. On workout days I eat lots of fruits to up my glycogen storage fore the workout to come. I get blood sugar spikes from sweetened beverages and cooked starch and know the feeling of huge energy spikes followed by lethargy very well. I never get these feeling from raw fruits.

And what kind of fats do you eat?

Mostly marrow, suet and vco. Since yesterday also raw butter.

I agree regarding extremes. But if you eat heavy saturated animals fats on a regular basis its very likely that you get HUGE blood sugar spikes after eating carbs..

I don't really eat a tremendous amount of saturated fat.  Some, but not a huge amount.  I don't get blood sugar spikes, generally.

So are  you in ketosis except on work-out days?

How many days do you work out (and eat fruit) in a week? And how much fruit do you eat before you work out? Thanks for answering.
