Teenage Acne Problem
« on: March 03, 2012, 10:45:52 am »
Acne problem is my teenage dilemma ever since highschool, I had already used many facial products but none of them made it cure, (eskinol, clarifying lotion...peel white), Now I'm at the age of 18 still I'm suffering from it, I saw this video clip from Jessica Soho's report, Is eating raw food will do the trick? Thanks for your advises/replies. Please do reply... Thanks!

I have had acne problems in the past, and I still get breakouts especially if I eat sugar.

Raw diet should clear it up over time.

If you want faster results, you might want to think about fasting - eating no food at all. I have especially had luck with this method.

I think that the acne, zits, pimples, or whatever - are the body trying to expel some sort of toxin out of the body.

So the cure for acne is to

1. Get the toxins out of the body
2. Stop putting new toxins into the body

Some people report that drinking fresh-made raw fruit and vegetable juice gets rid of acne.  Others report that reducing sugar and carbs in their diets gets rid of acne.  I'd try both methods, one at a time.

I suffered from cystic acne in my teenage years.
And all those injections (steroids, painful), creams (steroids), and dangerous accutane drugs are ALL HARMFUL.
And those dermatologists who I all saw with "honorable" sounding titles as "doctors" are ALL STUPID.
My brother who had psoriasis almost died from those medical monsters.
My brother wishes that "The world would be a better place without all those dermatologists."
And I agree with him.  And have worse names to call them.

Acne is much the same as Eczema and Psoriasis.

Follow this cure protocol http://www.eczemacure.info/blog/2008/09/02/september-2008-eczema-and-psoriasis-cure-protocol/

Then, please write a testimony here.

Try Terramin Clay, it cleared up my blackheads, and pimples never appear anymore for me. Although I have never had any severe acne problems. After taking this clay i don't get anything on my face at all. Last week I got one pimple on my nose from cooked food and soda (Chicken Biryani  :P , i couldn't resist) so diet has alot to do with it as well.

I would say my skin is the best it has ever been on raw palaeo (I'm 22 now, RP 6 months). But on a side note I have found eating honey, especially good quantities of the stuff, gives me spotty skin - it is raw. It's a shame since my skin has caused me to stop eating it and it seems to agree with me in every other way, and it's a nice source of calories and carbs.

I know at least 1 other raw foodist who gets acne from carbs and fruits. I'm sure there are plenty more.

It's far from terrible, but it seems the more I eat the worse the effect and it's something I'd rather live without.

Just another point to the poster is that psychological stress can often play a role in these sorts of conditions, I know my cousin who had eczema went through some 'family troubles' and his eczema was far worse throughout this time and is much better these days, he is older of course and that can help - I'm sure acne can be like this too.

Peace,
Isthmus
