How many carbs do Raw Paleo Dieters eat?

My optimal range lies between 20 and 80 grams per day.

Lower during winter, higher during summer times.

My carb sources are usually fruits and recently some green juices like fennel and endive.

How many carbs DO YOU eat on average?

I'm around 100-200 I think, on the higher end when I'm more active.

I don't know how to count calories.

But today I ate:

- 2 big seeds of durian
- 1 medium ripe mango
- some bits of cucumber
- raw sea weed
- and had 2 glasses of my son's aloe vera juice (not paleo, it was packaged)

I tried counting carbs for a few months and I found it bothersome. I do not avoid fruits and veggies, nor do I eat large quantities of them. Sometimes I eat honey. I eat all sorts of animal foods, including offal, but I am blissfully unaware of their macronutrient content.
